Traditional California Cuisine, however, you'll notice a definite influence of Asian and Italian in the menu selections, which include Zigatos Signature Grilled Asian Skirt Steak and Stuffed Meat Loaf. Zigatos offers a wide selection of salads including Caesar & Chinese Chicken salads as well as some unique items like the Avocado & Prawn salad & the Zigatos house Salad.  If you are craving appetizers, you will be more than satisfied with our wide variety of selections including Grilled Artichokes, Crab Cakes, Seared Ahi and Zigatos Giant Nachos. Several other unique items offered are the Double Stuffed Potatoes, filled with mashed potatoes, onions, garlic, parsley, corn, carrots peppers, zucchini and parmesan cheese, with choices of adding Angus ground beef or grilled tri tip or chicken.
